ECOSPHERE® Recharge Policy
If your EcoSphere has passed the Replacement Policy period and all the shrimp have perished, you can have your EcoSphere recharged. No Replacement Policy exists on Recharged EcoSpheres. Please return the old EcoSphere to our office along with the Recharge cost. EcoSphere Associates, Inc. will Recharge your EcoSphere only upon receipt of the failed system. All returns can be shipped by regular ground mail, UPS, or FedEx.
ECOSPHERE® Upgrade Policy
If your Ecosphere has passed the Replacement Policy period and all the shrimp have perished, you can have your Ecosphere recharged. No Replacement Policy exists on Recharged Ecospheres. Please return the old Ecosphere to our office along with the Recharge cost. We will recharge your Ecosphere only upon receipt of the failed system. Please contact us for upgrade pricing.

If your Ecosphere is eligible for recharge/upgrade under our initial evaluation since we cannot recharge any Ecosphere that is cracked or broken, we’ll give you a RC No. and amount of fee.
Please place the Ecosphere in a suitable box along with the Ecosphere ID number, purchaser’s name, address, phone number and all necessary fees. Use at least 3 to 4 inches of bubble wrap to protect the Ecosphere if you do not have the original packaging. You may bring it to our office or mail it via UPS or FedEx are all fine carriers.
Final evaluation of the Ecosphere from our technical staff will take about 1 working day. We cannot recharge or upgrade any Ecosphere that arrives cracked or broken.
Recharge will take approximately 5 working days.
After completion of recharge/upgrade, we’ll notify you for picking up the replaced Ecosphere or we’ll deliver the recharged Ecosphere to your designated address at designated time and date.
